Switch
top competition gun, this is my own personal gun I built using the best parts
available. The gun comes with two complete top ends one in 40S&W
caliber and one in 9mm caliber. It also comes with two 18 round 9mm high
capacity magazines, four 21 round high capacity 40 magazines and a small
range bag. The 40 magazines are hard chromed and drilled to show the 10 and
20 rounds.
The lower is built from a Para P-16 frame in satin finish stainless steel.
It has an STI trigger, hammer, hammer strut, S-7 sear with match grade disconnector. All parts are hand fit with a nice clean
trigger pull set 2.5 pounds.
The slide release, magazine catch, and thumb safety are Ed Brown products.
It has an S&A magazine well with mainspring housing checkered 20LPI;
the magazine well is fit and blended with the frame.
The 40 top end is built using the Para P-16 slide
in satin finish stainless steel. It has an Ed Brown cone barrel, EGW tungsten
guide rod with reverse plug, Aftec extractor, Ed
Brown firing pin and plate, Bo-Mar adjustable rear sight with the combat
leaf, Fiber optic front sight with a .330x65 degree base and a .090 wide
blade with green rod.
The 9mm top end is built using a Para P-18 slide in satin finish stainless
steel. The slide has been milled to make it lighter with 4 lightning slots
on each side at the front of the slide.
It has an Ed Brown cone barrel, two piece center
less ground guide rod with reverse plug, Ed Brown 4340 extractor polished
and tuned, Ed brown firing pin and plate, Caspian ghost ring rear sight,
Fiber optic front sight with a .330x 65 degree base and a .125 wide blade
with red rod.
The beauty of this gun is you have two guns in one, which gives one the
opportunity to compete in just about any competition where a limited
division gun is used. It also gives one the option to practice with the 9mm
top end saving on ammo cost.
